Hi, I am interested how to collapse positions 42 and 47 on whole width of page, not just on left half. I cleared all positions right of it, but 42 and 47 are still only in left collumn of page. Is it possible?

You can't collapse positions 42 and 47 to full page width, you have to use another position in this case, for example 56-59, please see the following page for all available positions:
