Sir, I am using your excellent AS Template 002041 Premium Version for Joomla 3. The template works well on my PC and iPad but when I look at it on my iPhone the menu (I am using AS Menu) does not resize at all and looks awful.
My site is www.recipes2share.com.
What do I have to do to make the menu responsive and resize for a smart phone ?
Many thanks

Hello PHILREED,
It looks like you have free version installed on your server.
Our suggestion is to install a premium version using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

Sir
Sorry but this does not help. The problem is simply that the AS Menu does not disappear when I rescale the page. The drop down version of the menu DOES appear correctly but I still have the boxed version of AS Menu. This is the same behavior if I am using the free version or the premium version. For now I am still using the free version but I do have the premium ready to go.
I notice on your demo page that when you resize the window your AS Menu disappears as it should. Mine does not.
I have tried every position possible for the AS Menu but still the same.
Please help because at the moment the site is not very user friendly on a smart phone.
Thanks
Phil

Hello PHILREED,
Just try to install the quick-start package in some demo folder and you will see that the menu is working properly. Probaly by mistake you deleted some part of code or maybe you have installed some extension/plugin which conflicts with the menu, you can try to disable one by one all installed extensions.
