You have 2 options : ( image or text ) , in the Template Manager - AS002041 - Profiles - Select logo type.
The logo.png image you can find in templates/as002041/images.

Where do I change the favicon? I uploaded a new one to public_html/templates/as002041 and renamed the old favicon file ... but no luck. I also CTRL F5 when I refreshed paged .. What am I missing? Thanks.

Try to put your favicon into the folder: /plugins/system/jat3/jat3/base-themes/default/images/

One more question .. how can I tweak the main menu so that the one of the menu buttons doesn't drop down to a second line. Is there a place to change how large the menu boxes are ?
