I followed the tutorial, I managed to install the template correctly, but then the tutorial says "Install all plugins and extensions from the extensions folder" as I do that

I have installed joomla, so my choice of installation is the option 2 Manual, then choose as002042_template and I go up and installed correctly, but the site is not the same as the demo you buy. Now the tutorial says nothing about how to install extensions or plugins, I do not understand

In case to have your site exact like our demo preview you have to install it using quick-start installation package. A quickstart is basically a fully functional and customized Joomla! package containing the default Joomla installation package, all modules, choosen template and plugins with all the configurations and data in one place. The sample data in the quickstart package is also personalised according to the template and is much different to the sample data found in the default Joomla package.
If you don't want to install it on your live server you can install it on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all parameters and settings.
Regarding manual installation plugins and extensions please refer to the Joomla documentation:

1. Have you installed Spanish language support in your Joomla admin panel?
2. You can changeit by editing the Page Heading parameter in your Joomla admin panel -> Menus -> Main Menu -> Home -> Page Display page.

I have run both directions, and nothing works, I've seen the control panel -> Menus -> Main Menu -> Home and HOME section does not exist, I have now installed the Spanish language and have assigned by default to the site and all I language changes are buttons everything else continues in English, please ask my questions fully understand if the template that are sold here can not be changed in language is a major constraint to keep buying ..

The buttons text you can override in your Joomla admin panel -> Language Manager: Language Overrides page.

Las plantillas son muy bonitas pero no sirven en otro lenguage. no las recomiendo para el mundo español
