I want to change the color of the logo bar, the whole area behind the search bar, and the bottom of the page from greyish black to blue, could you please let me know how to change it?

Can you please help me to increase the no of pictures in the home page random image. There are only 3 pictures changing even if i put 5 pictures to the folder. Can find the name of the module anywhere.
