Hello PrimerTemplates,
I purchased boutique template. I successfully installed it but when i'm trying to log-in on the administrator panel or backend, the username and password i've created won't work. It says: "Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet." i've tried to uninstall and reinstalled again the quickstart_boutique_v200 but still the same message i received. Did i missed something? Pls help. ty

Thank you for purchasing this item. Please note that there might have been a typographical/misspelling error while keying in the password. Also, we test and re-test all templates and quickstarts before making them available for download.
For your case, you may want to check out the configuration.php file created after installation for the details.

I tried once again to install the newly downloaded file and just used short username: admin and pasword: pass
I still get the same message. :(((

Without me having a look at the configuration.php file created, it is difficult to assess the problem. If you can, please email me the configuration.php file created just after you have installed the quickstart package. Send it to the email address provided in the template user manual.
