Have you deleted the module or just unpublished? If just unpublished please change the module status to published, if you have deleted it you need to create a new one, please see the following page, it should help you: http://www.astemplates.com/howto/157-8
The images you can change using the slider configuration parameters, the module is published in module position 'slider'.

The installation passed well. But this error message displays when I try to see the on-line site: 404 - Component not found. "Main menu" is parametrized by default for the homepage. Can you help me please?

We did not have such problems yet, we have checked other templates, beez3 for example, it doesn't work as well. Can you try to reinstall the quick-start package, please use Joomla 3 package.
If you will still have problems please provide us with an access to your server via cPanel, we would like to check your server parameters.
