I have a problem with the install! After a successful upload, I start the installation of Joomla browser. I give the data on the first page and after that I enter the database. After this is showing me install it and it goes no further. It runs and runs.

As I had indicated in the e-mail configuration, it would be better if you gave me access to your admin section so that I check and find out what the problem might be. Sometimes Joomla3 may not work well in all of the servers due to server configuration problems. The template works just fine and the problem might be caused be some third party extension (at this point, we are not sure if it is really the extensions or not). It would be incorrect to imply that the template is problematic and does not work since it work well with other clients.
I had mentioned something to do with htaccess in our e-mail conversations. If this file is not configured correctly, then you are likely to get a 500 internal server error or a blank page. So, please rename this file to .htaccess and edit it accordingly.

I had not realized that you had an index.html file in your root folder. Some servers give preference to index.php while others give it to index.html. Am glad you were able to solve it.
