It is possible to upgrade to the extended license (USD49). I believe there is an option to upgrade in the template download page of your account when you are logged in. If you cannot locate the upgrade link, then I will request that you be assisted.

You need to create a mobile menu. To do this, open the admin section > extensions > modules > new > menu and assign it to position off-canvas. Save.
