Hello, I have recently bought this template however after trying both types of installs the menu is not working as pet your demo. It displays as a tree list type display. Any ideas why this would be.

Sorry about the confusion with the templates.
I thought i had posted early but when i returned it was not there. Did not realise there were two different templates.
The URL is rodagolfbestdeal.co.ukDev
However the template is not installed on there at the moment as i have installed it twice with it not working so wanted a solution
eason for this before installing again.

Thanks for you response. I dont see what the difference is, plus if you get it working with the install as quick start i then have to re install so i dont have all you demo or i have to remove it all.

it will be much easier to delete the unnecessary content then install and config all modules and extensions so they will look as on our demo preview page.

Ok that might be the case, but i still dont see what the difference is between the two installs. Please could you explain why installing the quick start makes a difference.
At the end of the day I installed the template as per your install guide and it does not work. Installing the quick start guide will create more work for me and I have installed this three times now once as quick start and it gave me exactly the same end result as to what you see now.

The difference is that quick-start package you have install one time and after installing the package your site will looks exact like our demo preview, if you installing the template manually you have to install and config all extensions by yourself or ask for our services.

Ok Thanks, I continue this by asking what extra configuation do i need to do to get it to work with out using the quick install, which should have been supplied at purchase but for ease for your sake I will install using the quick install however the menu still does not work.

Thanks for helping me get it working. I am still disapointed that i had to install with the quick install and now having to remove alot of content.
Anyway i have an issue with all sub menus having a url whcih contains the words medical equipment. Please could you help solve this issue.

Hi,
here is the URL, and when you click on a sub menu item the url generated contains the words medical-equipment and the page cant be found.
The menu items point to a single article which have been newly created so has no reference to anything medical. The same goes for the sub menu item.
I have removed all content except some articles which are not referenced by any menu item from the site.
Please let me know if you need anything else

The issue is with either the gallery or availability sub menu under the main menu the apartment.
i have no idea why /medical-equipment/ appears in the this menu?
I have provided the admin account details as requested in the special info box for the template under my log in.
