Hi done that Please check My Astemplate account i have put the joomla access info.and Please check it .
And no i did not make any changes into Joomla .when it was closed .
But i talked to My hosting company and they told me that This mistake is by your developer then i contacted you

Sorry, the problem is not related to our template or even Joomla, each time we are trying to make any changes in your Joomla Global configuration panel we are receiving 500 Internal Server Error, you have to check your server logs:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@jpsdinfo.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
