In category blog page after clicking one of menu items, the category title can be linked to category instead of article?

Hello As Templates,
When I added a menu item, I chose Articles > Category Blog then the page will display its related categories into blog style. On that page, when I clicked the title of the category, it will showed the single articles.
Instead I would like to show it's sub category again in blog page.
Let's say I click 'Watches' category from menu and it will show OMEGA, G SHOCK in one page.
If I click again on OMEGA's title or read more button, it will show all different OMEGA watches, Could I do like this?
Currently, once I click on the OMEGA, it will only show a single article. I would like to show all the watches under OMEGA category.
Hope you understand my question and help me to solve this.
