I'm trying to change all details in category 'contact us' but when I'm typing new details and traying to save it joomla asking my to enter the 'name' as a required field in this category but there is no field 'name'. How I can change all details?

It seems you are trying to edit it from Menu manager, try to open it and edit using contact manager: components > contacts > contact us.
