concerning the problem of google map
I just update the file, but I've see no change.
I want to put google map on another page.
I followed the instructions and put the code {mosmap} a new page appears but no care.
Another thing is it possible to add fields to the form and name as "phone"

1. The update was related to the contact page only, we think you missed some settings in the googlemap plugin.
2. There is no such option, it should be developed or you have to use some extension which has such option.

I just realize you have a bug in your template.
if you look at my site, or your demo with an iPhone or iPad using the Google Browser there is a message on each page
the message said "Can't identify browser version Agent Mozilla/5.0 (ipad;CPU OS 7_1 like MAc OSX)............"
Thank you to see the problem as soon as possible to resolve this bug
