I recently acquired one template from you but my server does not allow me to install joomla 3.1 and your quick installation file only works with this version. Can you please provide me with the 2.5 compatible quick install file?

Unfortunately, the quickstart available is for Joomla3x. Please download and install Joomla2.5 from the Joomla site and then install the version of J!2.5 of the template. You can then populate it with your data. If you require the extensions, I will email them to you.
