i bought the themplate but the menu items are without separetors. the text are tranformed to uppercase too.

What is your site url please? Have you installed it using quick-start installation package? If not, our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

Can you please provide us with more info? How are you installing it? What package? Anyway, you definitely have problems with your server configuration, try to install it on live server.

Quick-start package can't be installed via extension manager, it should be installed like regular Joomla installation package.
In the documentation you can find 2 steps of the installation:
1. Install Joomla template using Quickstart installation package, so it will looks exact like the demo preview
2. Manual template installation and modules configuration
