Hi there again. I have had this problem with the last quickstart install where by I get to the database details and it will not let me complete this action.
I have created the database and user name inside CPanel prior to progressing to Joomla admin, have added the Joomla details followed by the next step with the data base placing in all the correct information there however this message comes up
An error occurred while trying to create the database blue32_daz.
The user may not have enough privileges to create a database. The required database may need to be created separately before you can install Joomla!.
