I have put text in position 4 and the menu in position 1 but they dont seem to be in the correct position as there is a big gap above the text in position 4. theres not suppose to be such a big gap. I want it to beas it is positioned in the demo but it snot how can i bring the text up. the url is www.tirnanogclinic.com

Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info:

i unzipped it ad there are loads of files so which one do i install the cox it will only let me choose one

The extension allows you to display article's intro image with the article title and intro text. If you installed this template using quick-start installation package all images you can find on your server in the 'images/sampledata/asimages/slider/' folder, the articles under 'Slider Home' category.
