I tried to install as002058_quickstart.zip on Joomla and I get below error. I am not able to install the quickstart however I can install as002058_template.zip

Hello HEMALSHAH,
The quick-start package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, you can not install it via Joomla Manger panel because the package already contains Joomla.

Hello,
I installed the template via Template Manager in joomla site and all I am seeing now is the banner with home page menu on it and a footer text. I want to create menus and then add pages I tried creating menu in joomla control panel and then publish it but still I am not seeing it on my site. What is the correct way of adding/modifying the menu on the template. Do we have any proper documentation which I can follow it.

Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info:

How can i create a customized form in the template i purchased. The template comes up with one contact form however i want to add more fields into the contact form so would like to create a new contact form.
