On main page is 3 slides, how to change them and description on them?

Hello RAFIKSQ,
The extension allows you to display article's intro image with the article title and intro text. If you installed this template using quick-start installation package the images you can find on your server in the 'imagessampledataasimagesslider' folder, the articles in your Joomla admin panel -> Content -> Article Manager -> under Slider Home category.

Do you mean uninstall? You can do it in your Joomla admin panel -> Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Manage panel.
