Joomla! Template 002057 - Item Support

hi there
got a question about template As002057.
i'm trying to put the artslider in center of module position as-position-21.

checked, searched and tried to edit several files like ext.artslider.css, tmpl.default.css, style.default.css, index.php but unfortunatly with no luck.
please advise how to center the artslider to the middle of the page.

I've got a little Problem with some Page Content and I can't find where this is located.
The Problem is in:

<!-- COLUMN MAIN
<div id="content-row-2" class="row">
<div class="content-row-2">
<!-- <div class="content-row-2">-->
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

But as html on the page it's listed as follows:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
<div id="content-row-2" class="row">
-- <div class="content-row-2">
<!-- <div class="content-row-2">-->
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

The Problem are these -- right before the <div class.....

In which file is this located? I really don't know where this is coming from?
