Hello everybody,
I try to use an article Newsflash, but although I've alternative layout set to horizontal, the articles appear one after another.

Furthermore, the the pics /bg.gallery.png and /li.style.png are displayed in addition.
What can I do to fix this problem!

The images displayed because your headers published in listing, you have to put them out of list.

1. You can change in your article source code only.
2. You have to create 4 articles an config newsflash modules for each of your articles, for more info please see the following documentation:

Hallo AS-Team,
I have 3 questions about some functions about template 002057
1. I just create a website for a client. The main article of this repeated on each side. How do I get it out that it appears only on the Home Page?
2. On your demo page in the menue "About us" you have a module created with the title: about us, this is displayed in a frame. What menu-type and what position is that?
3. They have many great images on your demo site shown I like. Can I use these images for my business side, when I bought the Regular License for the template?

1. What do you mean by main article?
2. This is not a module, it is your article title only.
3. All images are under PhotoDune Extended License, it mans you can use them on your website in our template only.

Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation.
