I have already installed Joomla on my vps which I have cmd line access to via ssh.On it is the joomlaville tutorial..I put the zip file in a directory called joomla2 and installed ok - however when I point the new folder to the existing joomla database I do not get the quick start installation..should I remove the old database?

I installed the template using the quick start in my test env..then I installed the template zip in my live. I don't have any of the modules - how do I get them...I'm starting my live from scratch by trying to reference the quickstart..

So are you saying that to build a new website that looks like your demo - I have to install the demo effectively and modify it from there. Pointing me back to the install instructions does not really answer my question...as I said originally I've installed the demo and wanted a fresh start.....If I have to work from the demo then so be it...

Hi - I brought this back in September and now for some reason the images on the main page have stopped working...any ideas...I don't think I've corrupted the template it's been working fine for a while now without any changes - can you have a look at www.kdpsoftware.co.uk and see if you think I've corrupted it somehow..
