Hello RJIRANEK,
The form can be edited in your Joomla admin panel -> Components -> Contacts -> Contacts Us page, you have to put your address in the content field.

I did it this way. If I write two lines of the address form like
Gasthof Hirsch
P0bring 22
I get:
