Hi, I would like to make my background image on the splash page to fill the entire page. it can either be stretched or enlarged to fill. I've searched the css code, but can not figure out what code to add.

I mainly need it to resize dynamically on the splash page for mobile devises or small screens. it shows a white background when resized.
