Hi,
I'm using your quickstart template as002066.
Now I would like to install JCE Editor, because I would like to place a picture next to a text and this is easier with JCE Editor.
But in the Extentions Manager, there is no installer plugin enabled. I always get the warning
"No installation plugin has been enabled. At least one must be enabled to be able to use the installer. Go to the Plugin Manager to enable the plugins."
But in the Plugin Manager, there is no installation plugin.
Can you help me please?

Hello TOMINNOVATIONS,
In your Jooomla admin panel please go to Extensions -> Manage -> Discover -> Click on Discover button, should appear 3 Installation plugins -> Click install.
Go to Extensions -> Plugins and check that all these plugins are Enabled.

Now I have another problem.
When I want to install Phoca Gallery i get this error message:
Error
There was an error uploading this file to the server.
Maximum PHP file upload size is too small: This is set in php.ini in both upload_max_filesize and post_max_size settings of your PHP settings (located in php.ini and/or .htaccess file).
Unable to find install package
It's also the same with other extentions. Do I have to uninstall some extentions again or what's the problem?

You do not have to uninstall any extensions, you just need to increase the upload_max_filesize and post_max_size parameters in your php.ini.file
