The list style image you can remove/change in the tmpl.default.css file in the following class:
.moduletable ul li {
line-height: 22px;
list-style-image: url("../images/li.style.png");
list-style-position: inside;

Also I need a good "like facebook" and "like google +" for to share articles of the template.
I tried some but they didn't work in this template.

Social icons are coming from bootstrap framework, all icons you can find in the bootstrap.css file, just make search for '.icon-'
you can see an image about a problem with url embed inside my template. I need a frame with more height, and it doesn't work "height" in the parameters of joomla menu "url embed".
However, "width" works perfectly in the joomla menu "url embed".

"Createdo" is not spanish.
I need also to translate this "posted by" to "publicado por" (spanish).

Have you installed Spanish support in your Joomla admin panel? The translation doesn't come from the template, it should be supported by Joomla.
