Is it possible to load the examples developed for this template in the PRO license on an already installed joomla, or is it always necessary to start from the joomla packaged in the quickstart version?

Unfortunate, it's impossible, quickstart package already included Joomla! core, so you have remove currente Joomla system if you have, and replace source with quickstart files.
