I have a problem and hope you can help me.
I cannot install the template. When I upload the package file, I got the following messages:
Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file.
Error
Unable to find install package
I am novice and It is my first web site.
I have installed Joomla V 3.5.6 and the server I'm using is Bluehost.
Any advice from you?

Did you unzip the downloaded package before installation? Have you checked the template documentation installation:

Hello,
As explained in the template documentation, I am uploading the package file as002098_template.zip so I don't know where the problem could come from.
I also did unzip the package in the same folder but if I must upload the as002098_template.zip, why should I unzip it?

After a bluehost support I was able to install joomla with the quickstart package. I got my template installed correctly. However, I would like to suggest you to modify a little bit the instructions because it is not explained that the zip should be unzipped in the public html file folder in order to get the template shown in the last step of the process.
Thanks and this template is just what I was looking for.

Hello, it's me again!
I got the error message "error loading form file" as I try to edit the template. it seems it is a problem with the templateDetails.xml file.

I contacted the hosting service and it was then possible to install the template but now I have the error "Error loading form file" and it's not possible to edit it. Could you please advice me on solving this problem?

Hello, I reinstalled everything from scratch and I got the same error message. I contacted again the hosting service and they told me it might be a website script problem and that I should contact the developer support. Could it be possible a script problem? I have spent two days back and forth and I still have the same problem.

You have a lot of error messages in your Joomla admin panel, it is not only the 002098 template cannot be loaded, also cannot be loaded other Joomla default templates.Articles contain messages about missed files.
Do you have such problem with installing default Joomla package from joomla.org website?

Hello,
I deleted the folders corresponding to Joomla default templates, which came together with the 002098 template. So, I think that is the reason these default template cannot be loaded. I have not installed default Joomla package from Joomla.org website, I have used the one click install once and twice the Quickstart package. But even before deleting the two folders corresponding to two default templates, the 002098 could not be loaded. I have no error messages during Joomla installation but the first time I login to the administrator I got a warning message be like "php temporary file not set". I contacted the hosting because of this and they made some changes and said everything is now fine from their side. Do you think I should reinstall it once again and give you the access when it is done without doing any modification before?

We reinstalled it twice, with the last uploaded quick-start it worked just fine, we think the package you downloaded from your account was corrupted during downloading, or by some other reason.
