Hi - attempting to update a joomla 2.5 site running an older version - this new version is TOTALLY different - all MODULE names HAVE BEEN CHANGED :(
question - main menu - now in position as-position-1. menu is VERTICAL - looking at your documention - i've chnage the module class suffix to navigation - DOES NOT WORK

The template was fully recreated, changed all module positions and files structure to correspond Joomla 3 requirements and Bootstrap framework. The Bootstrap Framework makes it fully responsive to all screen resolutions and aspect ratios, there was no such option in previous Joomla versions.
if you will decide to move to the new version you will need to build your existing site from scratch using the quick-start package. It will not work just by replacing the previous template version. Please do not forget about backups.

I purchased this template with the expectation - that a transfer from an existing 2.5 site would go smoothly.
That's been my experience with your competitor templates (joomlashack, rockettheme and gavick)
*They* retained module position names, despite in most cases moving toward responsive behavior.

I think a refund is in order
