Joomla! Template 002027 - Item Support

Could you tell me how to get the drop down menu to work that appears in position 1 just under the logo?

I have the premium version and it is not appearing. When I tried the free version, it appeared right away.

Please see the following article, step 7:

If you still have a problem please let us know.

Hi, I've tried following your article you referenced above, but that is exactly what I have done in the past and it still doesn't appear. I can't seem to get any menus to appear, but I can get a custom html, breadcrumbs, etc. to appear in position 1. Just can't get a menu to show.

I did start with your quickstart zip file, so I think I am missing a piece somewhere, but I'm not sure where.

Here's the website:
Please provide us with access to Joomla admin panel, we have to see this issue.

I sent you the info

Sorry, the username and pwd you prodided doesn't work:
'You do not have access to the administrator section of this site.'

Please check. Regards, AS Team.
Oh, sorry. You are right. I haven't set up a new user in a long time. I changed the login to superuser.
Accordingly to the source code of your site there are 2 scripts missed, or files broken:
<script src="/cibctest/templates/as002027/scripts/jquery-1.7.2.min.js" type="text/javascript">
<script src="/cibctest/templates/as002027/scripts/general.js" type="text/javascript">

Please check and replace with the original files from the template package.

Regards, AS Team.

I have tried uploading these scripts - tried the ones in the quickstart zip and also in the premium zip. Didn't work. So I tried re-downloading the template files and uploading the scripts again. Still no luck. I ftp'd onto the site where I tried the free template, but the free version doesn't seem to have the same scripts. Is there someplace that I could get a copy of those scripts - or is there something else that I am missing that isn't correct?

Thanks for your help.
Hi again,
I just tried uploading the template to a site and everything works fine. The website is on Bluehost. Does anyone know of some setting on Bluehost that causes a javascript to fail?
OK, another question. How can I put a menu in the position 1 space without using the javascript menu?
Can you please provide us with an access to the FTP, we would like to check this issue.

Regards, AS Team.
There are differently some problems with your hosting, we put the files out of the main folder, changed URLs and now everything works fine,
but probably you will have the same problem when you will install any third-party extensions.

Regards, AS Team.
Thank you so much for your help. It looks great. I appreciate the time that I'm sure you had to put into finding out how to get around my hosting restrictions.
