I can't install the pro template. The system responds that the xml cannot be found. I have unzipped. And not. I need a url from which to install.

For quickstart package (full website like demo), you can't install it via Admin > Extension > Manager > Install, but follow this guide http://ltheme.com/how-to-install-quickstart-package-using-akeeba-kickstart/
Because quickstart package already included Joomla core, so you just remove your current Joomla system, and follow above guide.
