I recently purchased a license of the AT insury template but cannot get the frontend editor of the SP Page builder to work. Is there anything I am missing? Are there further plugins or add-ons needed?

I downloaded and installed the SP Page Builder patch. I am afraid I now get a different error.
When I try to open a site via the frontend editor, e.g. home, then I see the following error:
Error: 500
JHtmlJquery::token not found.
I see that there is an extension update for SP Page Builder available. Installed is currently version 3.3.7 and the update is for version 3.3.8. However, the update does not work due to server connection error.
The alternative link (see below) for download does not work. Again a http 403 error.
What can I do to get the frontend editor to work?
