Hello - i have a problem to install the Quickstart.zip.
By installing (Joomla 3.1.5_German) the Quickstart.zip I got the following response:
Warning: POST Content-Length of 19429350 bytes exceeds the limit of 8388608 bytes in Unknown on line 0
Where is the problem - I can´t install the Quickstart Package.

I could solve the problem with the upload.
But after I've uploaded the file Quickstart.zip, the template does not change at all.
There are no visible changes in the frontend.
What am I doing wrong?
I install the Quickstart.zip (via extensions - install extensions)
There is no error message - but then sees the website as before. The sample files are installed.
I have the template installed locally - on XAMPP

Hello DETHOLU,
You can' tinstall quick-start package via Joomla extension manager.
A quickstart is basically a fully functional and customized Joomla! package containing the default Joomla installation package, all modules, chosen template and plugins with all the configurations and data in one place. The sample data in the quickstart package is also personalized according to the template and is much different to the sample data found in the default Joomla package.

Unfortunately, your statement does not help me solve my problem. I'd like to send you an email with relevant screenshots to help you to understand my problem. Unfortunately I have no e-mail found.
Meanwhile, I have all kinds of steps carried out in various forms - without success.
The data of the Quickstart.Zip are simply not accepted. The template is not filled with data - and it looks terrible. Also, the procedure described by you I went through step by step. That does not help me. There has to be a mistake (in the documentation?), so that the template does not look reasonable/ right. I ask you here to appropriate support, otherwise I would like to ask for reimbursement for the template. Meanwhile, I'm busy two days to import the template data of Quickstart.zip - and I'm starting to lose my patience. Please help me with my problem on! Thanks in advance!

I have:

- Then following installing the Quickstart.zip.
Then I associated with each module positions. It just does not work!

The quick-start installation package you have to install like regular Joomla installation, you can't install under extensions.
Before installation the package you have to delete all Joomla files. Please carefully read the template documentation.

By default, Joomla! installation comes with only the Main Menu module installed.
In the administration section of your Joomla! website go to the "Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Install".
In the "upload package file" section browse for the file as002031_premium.zip by Clicking on the "Browse" button.

Template Install: There is Already A template using the named directory Install. Are you trying to install the same template again?
It is not possible for me to install the Premium.Zip - also use the directory (unzipped) it does not work.
Click "Upload & install".
Install all plugins and extensions from the extensions folder.

Now please take the as002031_quickstart.zip file and unzip it directly on the server. Open your web browser and navigate to the folder that you uploaded your package to. Your url might look like this http://www.mysite.com/joomla/index.php or http://localhost, then proceed with the regular Joomla installation, do not forget to install the sample data.
