The built-in slider doesn't have possibility to put links, sorry about that.
Regarding changing font styles, you have to edit css files, please provide us with your site URL and let us know which buttons you are going to change, we will check it for you.

You can use our asnivo slider( with option to add links for each picture) , put it in position-3 and template will automatically recognize new extension and cancel build-in slider.
