I see some comments about the template. After reading that , I realized that it can't be like the demo preview until I edit the paid template. So it means that it's no problem with the template installation. Right?

You right. Go to Template manager / options / Preview Module Positions and put it Enabled, now you can see in template manager / templates / preview all available positions .
