I bought a template number as002031, but when I try to upload it I get an error:
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file
I am uploading a zip file "as002031_quickstart.zip" with extension manager "Upload package file".
Please advise

Template Install: There is already a Template using the named directory: Install. Are you trying to install the same template again?

It means you already have the same template on your server, you have uninstall it first.

Do you have access to server via FTP? You have to check your server for the same directory, it can be found in the 'templates' folder.
Our suggestion is install the template using quick-start installation package, after installation the package your site will looks exact like our demo preview.
