Is it possible please that you refund my money?
That's not right, i bought a software that i can't use.
It would be nice by your side to proceed a reimbursement if what you sell is not aligned to what you promise!!

Have you installed this template using quick-start installation package? After installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview and it will be easy for you to make content changes.
Unfortunately, you didn't notified to anyone about the unavailability of a quickstart installation for the Joomla 3.2 - But it's available only for Joomla 2.5
(On the package i downloaded it wasn't available)
Anyway, it doesn't a problem, i put my money into a basket!
But on every internet platform/blog or any other system i will tell at all the malfunction of your product.
At the end of this week or on the beginning of the next, we are going to release an update which will include the quick-start installation package for Joomla 3.2.
The new version will have a responsive design, as result the template structure will be completely changed.
