Joomla! Template 002033 - Item Support

Ok thank you very much.
When I was using the free version I was getting on my way. I thought updating to the premium version would give me more options.
Now I have to reinstall Joomla, to get back to where I was. I was thinking of changing back to the free version again, but it shows the same problems as the premium version. My main menu has completely changed as well.

I have to say that I am disappointed that buying a template to improve your website (in the making) takes you back so far that you have to start up again, just because the main menu doesn't show the things it is supposed to show.

Is it so that updating to the premium version made changes in my settings?

thank you

Hello MEDICINEBOWS,
No, updating to the premium version does not making any changes in your Joomla settings.

don't know what happened than?
All the templates I downloaded from you guys have their main menus changed. The horizontal main menu has changed, either into vertical menus or each menu item showing in its own page.

I'd like to hear some solutions, otherwise I have to consider deleting this expensive template as well.

For me it does not sound like a solution to just reinstall joomla with the template. How can I be sure that it will work? I am not interested in trying it on a local server.

Hello MEDICINEBOWS,
There is only one solution, if you would like to see it like our demo preview you have to install it using quick-start installation package.

Hello, Im here again. I have a problem with the Read More button.

In the hello module it appear all in uppercase letter "READ MORE" (or in spanish "LEER MAS"), but in the blog category it is all in lower case (and in english) I can't find where to translate it. In did, if I change the text from the back end, even it don´t change the text.
I've created a new category to replace blog, and then it appear in spanish, but all in lowercase.
In articles on the blog category, the text change color if mouse is over, but in the new category I've created it appear in black without chnange.
The same issue you can see in your demo site.

Where are the problem, and how can I do to change those?
Are the categories created by the template a different css or specify template of the new created on te back- end?
(sorry for my poor english, I hope you understand me)

Thanks!
Hello ANDREXUX74,
You have 2 ways how t translate the constants:
1. If you installed Spanish language support in your Joomla admin panel, please fo to 'language/es-ES/es-ES.tpl_as002033.ini' file and translate the following constants:
TPL_COM_CONTENT_READ_MORE="Read More"
TPL_COM_CONTENT_MORE="More"
TPL_COM_CONTENT_READ_MORE_TITLE="Read More"

2. In your Joomla admin panel -> Extensions -> Language Manager -> Overrides panel you have to create an translate the above constants.

Hello! I have a problem and I don´t know how to solve.
In the Hello module, when click in Read more to expand the content, it don´t go to a new page showing the article.
It expand in the home below.
I think it error is because yesterday I've deleted a few MENU.

When it was ok, the link of the Read more was domain.com\hello
Now the link is ../index.php/41-featured-articles/...
Where is the problem?
Can you help me please?

Thanks!
Hello ANDREXUX74,
Yes, it is because you delete the menu item for this article, you have to create it again.

Regards, AS Team.
What kind of Menu item should be?
Cause I've tryed a few diferents menu, but in the breadcrumbs now it show "You are here: > the menu name and then > Hello World". I can't hide the menu name...
Hello ANDREXUX74,
You have to use Single Article menu item type.

Regards, AS Team.
Thank you! It was simple, I don´t know when I´ve tryed it the first time, show with errors..

I´m trying to delete the li.style.png in each item of the menu (not AS-Menu)
I need just the name of the menu item without the image.
How can I do? Editing CSS it was impossible!

I think it is because the simple menu show like this

MENU

. Item1
. Item2

May be deleting the dot before, but, how can I do it?

Thanks again!
Hello ANDREXUX74,
You can replace the li.style.png image with some blank image, otherwise you have create your own css and put it in the style.custom.css file or ask for our customization services using the following page:

Regards, AS Team.
Thanks for answer. yes to replace the PNG, but I want the li.style.png in the list of items, but not in menu, is there a way to delete the dot before the each menu opcion, leaving just the word?
Hello ANDREXUX74,
In this case you have to create your own css and put it in the style.custom.css file or ask for our customization services.

I bought this template awhile ago, uploaded it and also uploaded the quick start guide. How do I access the quickstart guide on my joomla backend

It doesn't show up anywhere on the plug-ins manager or the template manager

Thanks
Okay I just figured out my mistake. I have ipower as a hosing service and there is no way to unzip the file on-line.

I'm going to have to create individual folders and upload the contents to each folder.
