Thank you for the nice template but I have a couple of questions I hope you can answer, firstly I have been trying to find the icons as shown in your demo in the top left hand corner are they included in the package or are they separate? secondly how to I get the fading arch effect as shown in the slider.

Look in the styles.php file, look for: '#header .row2 .content' class.
Do you think it's a lot work ot get the slideshow in 100% width to the monitor? Images/Slideshow should move smaller and bigger with the monitor/window size.
Hi, thank you for the great template. I Purchased the premium template and installed it on my localhost. I'm now trying to configure it and I have a question. I've created a contact form and also created a link in Menu Manager. Now, when I open the contact form by clicking on the ”Contact Us” link in the main navigation, the contact form opens fine. However, the form displays ”two” titles; ”Contact” and then ”Contact Form” again in the next line below it. Because it looks redundant, I tried to remove the first title ”Contact”. However, I don't seem to be able to remove it. I must be missing some setting somewhere. Could you please point me in the right direction?
