Hi, how is the process to pass from free version to full version? I installed the free version and did some work on general stuff ( any css yet). Will installer do all correctly and just overwrite template? Or do I need to do other adjustments?

1. What is your site url please and what Joomla version do you have?
2. The new version was completely recreated and has different structure,
in case to update it you will need to reinstall your site using the quick-start installation package and then create from the beginning all your articles and probably install all extensions from the previous version if you have such. Sorry, there is no other option.
We are strongly recommend you to make backup before the update.
1.- At this moment Im working on local, Joomla 3.2.1
2.- Fortunately I have a back up and there is no problem to reinstall again the template. How can I download it again?
And could you please tell me how to change the font color of the intro page in the new template. The color rightnow is #333333.
