Joomla! Template 002039 - Item Support

Thanks. I raised it with my lead developer, who is really skilled in PHP and Joomla developing, and he suggested I change templates. I feel I've come so far to finishing this upgrade, that doesn't feel the right choice, but thanks, I'll drop them an email.

Good afternoon when installing the package
gives an error message
You are trying to use a database server which is not on your local server. For security reasons, you need to verify the ownership of your web hosting account. Please read the documentation for more information.

what should we do
Starting with Joomla! 3.7.4 the Joomla! Security Strike Team (JSST) implemented additional security checks in the install application in order to protect your web hosting accounts from being overtaken by a remote attacker. In case your database is not on the same server as your website we require an extra check that makes sure you are the owner of the website.

If you want to use a remote database server Joomla requires you to delete a file in the installation folder that was randomly created by the installer. As this filename is unique to your session we are sure you just deleted the file and we can finish installing as normal.

A special case is the “FTP mode”. In that case Joomla is not able to create files. So we require you to create a file in the installation folder in order to confirm that you are the website owner.

In both cases, the file name will be displayed in a message on your screen with instructions on how to validate the installation.

Hi! I got problem with my template as002039. When I try to update an menu item and click close and save, the menu item get's unpublish on the status. When I try to publish it again, then it will not change. It will contain to be unpublish. I have done this several times earlier without any problems, but since a couple of month ago it doesn't work anymore! It's only happens when I work with menu items. Article and modules works fine. What's wrong? I also have template as002032. I would like to know if it's possible to change the form for registration on that template? If it's possible, how do I do it? I would appreciate some help as soon as possible. Thanks.

I looked at the template when I saw the date and the template was updated in may 2017 by myself. The installation files looks like this and was installed 2015.

I have only one account. Maybe I got one earlier, but I can't remember the name on it. Is it possible for you to search in your database for it? It should start with Hansxxxx or my name!

I have purchased this template for sure, you can see it your self above. If you can't see purchased template older than two or three years old is not my problem, but I know for sure that I purchased it. Now I need help!! Will I get some or not??

The license grants you to receive our support and access to download the item/design for a period of 365 days after the date of purchase, if the license is expired you may extend it from your AS account or purchase a new one.

the page is no longer displayed, since the conversion to PHP 7.1 previously ran PHP 5.3.

I would like to have a possibility for an update without having to completely rebuild the page, the current template 4.4.0 does not display the page correctly.

Hi I have the 2039 pro version template, but it is version 3.01 and it does not support PHP 7.1 which my hosting provider now requests . Can I just upload the free version of 2039 (version 4.4.0 ) without messing up all the modifications I made on the original template. Or what do you suggest me to do.?
