I am just upgrading from AS2027 to AS 2041 in new Joomla 3.2 responsive site.
A menu wrapper that worked perfectly - sizewise etc in AS 2027 - and my setup is same in AS2041 and it is only displaying less than half the height needed - ie 150
I THINK I have tried everything. is it Joomla or template? I have trawled the Joomla forum
Thank you
Caz

Hello CAZBART,
Have you installed the 002041 template using quick-start installation package? If not, our suggestion to do it, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content.
I have a big problem right now. I am testing a site build on http://s401913320.onlinehome.us/ and want to put the menu in position 3. I got it there but the links don't work even if I make a custom HTML with links in it. What can I change. I need to know this before Tuesday because otherwise I cant show for a presentation!
Help is very appreciated. Love the template by the way!
Thanks,
Rkelleher

Hello RKELLEHER,
The menu is designed for position 1 only, like you can see it on the demo preview page, in case to put it in position 3 you have to create css for this position.
I am confused, isn't it just a module that I can place? I did redo the CSS to make it look as I like. Why does a regular HTML link not work in position 3 either?
You can see what I mean about the menu looking correct in position 3 in the link http://s401913320.onlinehome.us/. I created a custom HTMP menu without using a menu module and even that does't work in position 3. What do I need to change? I don't know where to find the CSS for the position 3 to work as a menu position. I placed the second HTML menu in position 4 which works fine as links and the menu works fine there as well.
Can you please help with this? I have already searched the Joomla forum and am sure what I am asking is possible.
Thanks again!
Rebecca

Hello RKELLEHER,
The AS menu is not designed for position 3, the css you have to create by yourself and put it in the style.custom.css file.

Hi guys - I have been working on my new site for ages now and it has been a major job I cannot go back to installing quickstart. That suggestion assumes people are starting from scratch I think. My site is large and now live.
I also have the quickstart version on my locahost to refer to etc as you suggested some time ago. but that does not help me with a WRAPPER which I am asking about.
I have seen many questions about heights of wrappers and it may be Joomla but YOUR advice would be appreciated PLEASE.
PHOTO SLIDER SHOW...
How do I change photos in the slider show? and my second question am I supposed to rename the photos to the current photo names in the home slider show?

Hello GMWANGI,
Can you please let us know in which module position you have the slider, on which page and the extension name?
All I really want is some links in Module 3 which should not be a big deal for the template. For example what if I wanted links to social media in position 3. What I am saying is that no links work in position 3 in the template. What would cause no links to be clickable in that position.
I am really confused as to why this doesn't work and am not ver close to deadline for an answer.
Please help,
Thanks,
RKlelleher

Hello RKELLEHER,
We checked your site, you have made a lot of changes, our support team can't help you in this case, it should be checked by our developers: http://www.astemplates.com/customservices
Don't worry about it. I just forced the 4th position to move up to the top where I wanted it. The menu works fine there. I think there must be something wrong with the position 3 because even regular text links wouldn't work up in position 3.

In the tmpl.default.css file please find the following class and remove/change the height property:
