1. The size is depends on the number of bootstrap columns, the parameter you can set under Advanced options tab of the module published in position 4.
2. The color can be changed by editing css files. You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Firebug plugin: https://getfirebug.com/
