You don't have to install joomla and all extensions in case using quickstart package.
Just use as002041_responsive_quick_start.zip file like regular joomla installation package. Make sure to install sample data.
I want to be where the original "Artisan" is, add a logo with the size of 200 x 133 px. Unfortunately, the logo is shown but only partially. What can I change in order for the logo to appear full size?

Instalation went well but go to
Latest listings -> (Property List, Property On The Map) there will be buttons and property on the map at the bottom of the page does not work. go to
Details -> page does not look good location and availability is not working.
To see how it looked before looking at with my old temple on the main menu

You can enable or disable social media icons in K2 / Category / Your Category / Item view options / Social sharing or K2 / Items / Your Item / Item view options / Social sharing .

The extensions work well with any other temple I tested but not with this.
Could it be that the fault is at your temple. You can not just say that you can not Provide support for third party extensions before you know what the cause is.
What about the Fully CSS3 support? That may be is the cause.
