I'm not interested in installing the quick-start installation, because it's has many features and articles that i don't need even... I check the template with Joomla 3.3.3 and the problem persist...Any idea for this problem?

All these notices you can disable in your Joomla admin panel -> Global Configurations -> Server by changing Error Reporting parameter to 'none'.
I bought the template and set it up on local host, but how can I change the "welcome" component in the home page?

The tempalte doesn't have such parameter, it means you have to make changes by yourself in css files or create your own css and put it in the style.custom.css file.
You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Mozilla or Opera Fireblug plugin: https://getfirebug.com/ https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/firebug-lite-button/

Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

Sorry. My question was a bit wrong. I mean the color of the text of a menu. When you scroll over a button the color changes. Can you change this color?
