I'd like to know how to rename the "welcome" located in the center of "home" page. I've searched everywhere and I was unable to find it. I know there is a prominent article, but isn't it.

The 'Welcome' is a page heading which you can edit/disable in the Home menu item under Page Display tab.
Item is 'OUR STUFF' I cannot find it even in FireBug.

OUR STUFF is a page heading, you can delete/edit it in your Joomla admiun panel -> Menus -> Main Menu -> About menu item under Page Display tab.
Great stuff, position 2 is fixed.
On another point, relating to the "Title" for any article.
1. Can the heading type be changed to H1,H2 etc for the title? or
2. Is it better to not display the title and simply place the heading at the very top of the article page and then select the right heading?
Option 2 may be better for SEO. Is this the preferred standard?
