I am not requesting you to support jeema component. I am only requesting you to support your template so that it can work like any other templates for jeema. When I could not get some jeema features on your template, I contacted jeema and they told me it is the template and when I change your template for protostar, all the features of the component come up and work perfectly. So you need to work on your template for it to be effective and not third party component.

It is unprofessional for you to tell me that I have to pay extra for normal support. What you are telling me now is that your templates only support and can only work with the extensions that come with it. I think this is the best way for those of work that needs third party extension that AS Templates is not for us. If your JOOMLA! TEMPLATE 002056 works perfectly with the same extension, why not this? Instead of your to investigate first to see if it is the extensions unique problem, you quickly conclude I have to pay.

I installed a module on my site but the module supplier have given me the following reason for it not displaying
