Under module Advanced options tab you have to add Header Class 'hword'. As example please see Payment Details module.
In this template the profile is aligned to the left side.
Can you please provide all advanced options available so we can optimize our websites without contacting you or direct us to your module variation page

Unfortunately Joomla does not have an option for updating templates from Joomla Extension Manager page, the temporal can be updated by uploading template files to your server via FTP only.

It seems you have a problem with permissions on your server, try to set permission to 777 to main 'cache' folder and 'cache' folder in the 'administrator' folder.
I have changed both Cache folders in CPanel.
Still getting JCache errors.
The Cache folder in the root (public-html) keeps changing back to 0755 though.
Example error message - JCacheStorageFile::_deleteFolder Failed deleting index.html
Global Conifg is...
Cache Handler is 'File' with following box empty
Cache Time is 15
Platform Specific Caching is set to 'No'
System Cache is set to 'On Progressive'
I have also now managed to get Joomla successfully updated to v3.8.1...
However I seem to have one more issue...
In Admin, the Components Menu does not have Contacts in it's Drop Down menu list! I have contacts working on the site and a text link to the Contact Form, but the link does not take you anywhere at all.
So without the Contacts item in the Components menu, I cannot sort this.
