after today's Joomla update on the version Joomla! 3.8.0 the template is no longer loaded, I get the server message: HTTP ERROR 500
Even after a downgrade to the previous version 2.0.0 I get the same error message.
With the standard template Joomla protostar the page works perfectly.
I kindly ask for support for correcting the page error!

Hello JRUSSE12,
Try to download the package one more time and reinstall it, we think it was not fully downloaded, what is the size of the downloaded zip file?
I created a folder in my root called joomla then inserted the administrator folder into it. Then I try and load www.mysite.com/joomla/administrator/index.php
I'm recieving the error message on the first step. I load the administrator folder in to a joomla folder on my root index. I then navigate to mysite.com/joomla/administrator/index.php

My site is now working. For some reason when I either downloaded or extracted the quickstart it was missing a large portion of the files. I re-
downloaded the files and the extraction worked correctly.
how can I add more than one module in a position next to the first like in the example "template demo"?
Wenn I take the same position the module goes down and not next to it.
(Sorry, my english is not so well. I hope you understood me)

Hello ANNASIHAH,
You have to set bootstrap column size for each module, the parameter you can find under module Advanced Options tab. To set 2 modules in one row you have to put it to 6 columns for each module.
Please advise my problems as follows;
1. There are 6 - list - drop down menu under HOME in the demo, but there is not in my work.
2. There are 80 Google fonts offered, but I would like to use the google Prompt from google fonts , how can I do?

1. The template styles under the home menu item for demo purposes only, if you would like to change the template color style you can do it under the template General Configuration Parameters tab please see Template Styles parameter.
2. The font you have to add to the templateDetails.xml and fonts.php files.

The font can be changed by editing the template css files or by creating and uploading your own css in the style.custom.css file.
You can determinate the file which should be edited and the css class by installing and using Firefox DevTools: https://developer.mozilla.org/son/docs/Tools
